About Me
I'm not very good at these "about me" things so bare with me.:) I enjoy learning, school, reading, and writing. I love to research. I prefer not to be around close-minded people, and or judgmental people. I also don't like daytime very much. My Wiccan name is Brighid Nokomis. Brighid is the Celtic/Irish goddess of Fire, and Nokomis sounds Japanease, I know, but actually "means daughter of the moon" and has a Native American origin. I recently converted to Wicca from Chrisitanity and I'm glad I did. I've never felt more at home with something in my life. I'm very glad I found this site, it is very informative and is an easy way to get in contact with other Wiccans like me since I live in such a secluded area. So feel free to hit me up. Sadly, I was sick (and still sort of am) on the actual day, so I was stuck in bed. I did manage to do a good Mabon meditation, and bake some sweets for the occasion, and hold a small candle lit prayer & thanks. I didn't get to painting, though, like I love to do on sabbats. Though I do have a few autumn skectches...
I'm alright. A tad worn out from school, but otherwise good.
Well, I'm a very logical person, science has done more to support my beliefs then to disprove them, so intellect a very useful tool for me. How was your Mabon?
