i need help finding a weight loss spell i excersice and everything but its taking forever and i would like some help thanks

Some things should not be solved by wicca, Luna Silverwolf. I myself have struggled with weight, but have never turned to wicca for it. Have you considered experimenting with your diet? I went veggie, and every since have mantained weight control. The high fats in meat were my trouble. Remember, good things take time, and patience and hard work is the key to success. Not wicca.
