Rosewicket Wicca Coven

Hey everyone,

I have recently been thinking that I need to do a burning spell, you know where you write down things you would like to change about yourself on a piece of paper and then you burn it to banish those things... But here is the catch, I dont have any tools. I know that for alot of these kinds of spells you dont need tools but I know that for some you do. I am 18 but I still live at home and I havent told my 'rents about my practicing Wicca.(That explains the whole not having tools thing)

I would really appreciate any suggestions or comments that anyone could give me to help me out.... I have never actually done a full fledged spell before only minor ones like creating a sacred space, and being able to put myself into a deep sleep (I have trouble sleeping)

If you guys could help me out I would REALLY appreciate it... I can sense that this is what I need to do and its gotten to the point where its ridiculous... Its like one of those (hypothetical of course) itches you cant scratch!
