Hi, kinda new here, I apologise if I'm posting this in the wrong area. I could really use a little help though, I recently met someone who has expressed an unhealthy interest in me and has mentioned that if he used a love spell on me I would be his, although swearing that he wouldnt do this to me, I would not like the risk. is there any advice anyone could offer as to how I can protect myself from such spells? I could really use some advice here. Thankyou.

Hello and Welcome, Fumitory. Why not drop into the introduction forum to tell us about yourself? As for your original question, you will get different answers from different people. Some say love spells will work, some say they don't, others claim they have a high price. Magical protection in advised, but be aware of the non-magical steps you need to take. If you see this person at work, or if you attend the same college, tell an employer/staff. In fact if they approach you in a place such as a mall or restaurant, you can ask the staff to remove him due to harrassment. I would suggest you look into a restraining order, and getting proffessionals or trusted adults involved. What's important to remember is that regardless of whether or not he intends to use magic, he clearly has tried to pressure and intimidate you with the idea of it. He sounds like a bit of a twit to me - I don't know a single mildly intelligent witch who claims to use something like a love spell on whim for such a selfish gain, nor to threaten others with it. This man sounds unhealthy, please consider taking legal action. As for protection magic, I will send you some tried-andtrue charms of mine via PM, but be aware that magic is all about intent, and you should take many non-magical precauitions in addition to magic (especially if this man has contact your personal information or knows where to find you). Blessings, -Chi

Lilly, why not take a moment to introduce yourself in the introduction forums? It's much easier to have a mutual learning-and-teaching correspondence when you know people a bit better. There are tons of books and websites, as well as self exploration that can enhance your spirituality. Have you looked through the site pages yet? Or used a search engine? Been to the local library? Should you have specific questions or want a list of refferences, feel fee to post in the forums or PM me. Please respect the intent of threads that another member makes. You are more likely to get your questions answered if you post a different topic, and you are also less likely to take attention or aid away from others. Blessings, -Chi
