One of the basic problems you will encounter is joining your powers. One good way to join up is to discover any ley lines that might run near you. They are sort of the Goddess's web connections. If you might need help finding them near you. let me know and I'll try to help.

I dont think ley lines would matter. As a divine spirit I can travel anyplace and anywhere i will it to be.. we are all connected in spirit not just in ley lines.. but i respect your comment | |

When starting out in the Practice, projection and spirit walking is a very new discipline. Many in this forum are just starting out and unless you are born with the talent to travel, it takes much practice, and can be dangerous for the beginner if not done with the proper protection.
Ley lines can be helpful and a source of power and direction. They are a proven and ancient way of joining and getting around.
You are blessed if you have the natural ability to spirit travel at will. Not a very common talent.

I second that, projection, spirit walking, astral projection, all wonderful abilities (especially if you are born with them) but can be dangerous. Please don't try these until you have experience, and make sure you have a circle of protection and wards, and plenty of knowledge. Also I just had to delete a spirit summoning spell, partly due to the fact I am not happy with begginers (or anyone for that matter) messing with the afterlife or any other beings, and partly for the use of blood mentioned. You never know what will answer the call when you perform such acts, and the use of blood is NOT something a Wiccan would do . Also please steer clear of ouija boards and such, they can be dangerous, inviting in anything or anyone that can hear is not a good idea. Some may not understand these descisions, but I want this site and forum to provide knowledge and guidance, and refuse to let it guide someone to darkness and dabbling in what should be left alone. Um... I think that's a bit off topic for this forum. I've heard they're really complicated to preform, and that's all I know about either. Probably shouldn't try them unless you've been a wiccan for a while.
On topic, I would like to start an online coven called WhiteWard. It would probably be a freewebs one. Any takers? | |
