Merry Meet everyone. As a young Wiccan, I am curious as to the Wiccan belief about where humans came from. As in, what is our purpose in existing? If someone could enlighten me concerning this topic I would be much obliged. Blessed Be | |

Limited Member Posts: 3 | um i found my path to my godess about a year ago it all depends on what you believe unlike most religions the rules of wiccan are mainly not written in stone there is much leway so to speak. what ever you believe in your heart is what you should accept. dont let anyone tell you other wise. do u get what im saying? | |

I do not know the official belief. I just know what I think. I think that people exist the look after the Earth. Animals cannot always protect themselves, an so, in my opinion, we are here to help them, and protect them. I think we are the ones that come together to help the goddess and god take care of the planet. For the creation part of your question, I have know idea. I have read about norse mythology (because I am a very strong supporter of the Runes) and somethings in it I believe, but others I question. Even if you disagree with it, it makes you feel better having the knowledge. I've heard of something called the Vangelo Delle Streghe being one of the holiest books in the Wiccan religion. Though its not like our Bible or anything like that I think there are a good number of Wiccans who look to that creation myth as to how the Universe came to be.
