Mixed cropping in the vegetable garden
Some gardeners believe that certain vegetables grow better in association with particular neighbours. Here are some traditional ‘friends and goes’ for mixed or companion planet schemes.

Last year i grew some lettuce and betroot they seemed to grow pretty fast and really well together well....until the rat that took residence in our garden at the lettuce lol | |
