By 'Astral', do you mean the aatral Plane or Astral Projection? Astral projection is basically an OBE you force yourself into.

Ghosts: spirits that supposedly have not 'crossed over', spirits that are able to make contact with the physical realm, spirits between reincarnations (in the summerland), works of fiction, or psychotic dillusions.

There is evidence and uncertainty in each of these explinations. I won't say that I know what's true and what's not, but I know what I think. Most people who insist that they KNOW what ghosts are...well, they're usually dellusional. Or religious fanatics.

Astral Plain: The realm in which Astral projection, OBEs, and spiritual journeying takes place.

Astral Projection: A forced OBE

OBE: Out of body experience. An instance when your spiritual body leaves your physical body, usually when you are alseep or near death. These are VERY difficult to preform if you can't do it naturally...Most people can at childhood and then loose the ability.

yes, some of them are delusional but not all of them.

I never meant to say that anyone who claims to know things is wrong, but most of people people I have seen who claim to be experts are not the most level-minded people to be seen. It's just my experience. There are some very wise people out there, I just think people should take what they hear with a grain of salt. Only the individual knows what they shoudl believe - no one else.

So do you believe in Spirits and stuff Chi? What do you believe as far as the supernatural is concerned?

Well, I have no evidence to back this up. But I think when we die, our conciousness ascends to a higher plain, temporarily. However, it is not an unreachable plain...It's not in the sky or anything, I believe it overlaps us on earth. Thus, forces or spirits that are taking action in the spirit world can also have effects on us in the physical realm, both intentionally and unintentionally.

Do you think that the Summerland is like? And how would you like it to be for you once you die?

I believe the summerland is the 'higher plain' we ascend to temporarily. It's difficult for me to put what I think into words but basically, I think of it this way...

In the physical realm, everything has it's physical barriers. If you and I stood next to eachother, there would still be a clear barrier between where one person starts and one ends. But In this higher plain, I think that this barrier that seperates spiritual cores is gone. Essentially, we become facets of a limitless whole. For example, oceans are made of accululated water drops. When it rains, you can clearly seperate one raindrop from another. But in an ocean, you can't tell where one drop and one ends, it is a limitless mass of something (our spirits) that create the surroundings (Summerlands).

But again, it's all speculation. Many people will disagree with me.
