crosss the internet are scams and money spells so i'm asking each and every one of u out threre if u can share u're most special working spells with me,i know i ask a lot but i have noone to ask for even the books here i have to order by mail from usa

Most spell pages you see on the internet have some really good ones mixed in with many not-so-good ones. Perhaps if you narrow yoru search to include both wicca and spells, you will get more reliable ones, that's what I do. There are some spells posted around in this section as well as the rest of the forum, but if you finish going through and still need some I'm happy to give you more.

Keep in mind, though, that spells that seem reliable for someone else may not be reliable to you, as each person has different strengths and there are so many variables when doing spells, it is alsmost impossible to predict the outcome.

And, as a final note, spells are not something to play with. There are many things you can do to make sure that when you do cast spells, they work in yoru favor, but it is best not to hunt down every spell you find. The best ones are ones that appear when the need arises.

Hello Fallen Angel. I have been working on my book of shadows as well and feel that it will never be complete. It is always a work in progress because I write in it what works for me as the need arises.

There are a few spells here that you could use for a jump off point - remember you can always take something and make it your own - improvise it based on your strengths and needs.

If you need anything specific I would be happy to share what has worked for me.

I find that writing my own works amazingly well, because it tailors to my specific needs at the moment. But when I need something a little more complex, the internet may be fun to get a quick search, but books are probably going to have something more reliable, and even then, I edit them slightly to fit what I need. Just look and see what you can find, it most often (like Chi said) It will arise when you need it most. Many of us would eb more than happy to share what has worked for us if you don't find exactly what you are looking for.

You may want to try something simple first... My first spell was simply storing the full moon's energy into a new candle!!! There are many things you can do ENDLESS POSSIBLILITY!!!

i also live in a place where i cant find a coven for my book of shadow. being that i just converted to wicca not so long ago, i need alittle help myself. belive i yourself and some will come to you just like i belive sooner or later some will come to me.

i just let them come to me but i have a questoin of my own. what do you put in BOS?

Faeris, people use a Book of Shadows in different ways. For some people, they store all their information there, such as herbs and full moons and such. Others record their spells and rituals. Some use it as a spiritual/wiccan journal.

Traditionally a grimiore contained all your information, and a Book of Shadows was a journal.

I have heard of people using a Book of Shadows for spells and a Book of Mirrors as a jounral.

Butr anyway, these days lots of peopel put everything in their BOS, sometimes several of them.

ok because i've tried it but it feels alittle ................. werid? but i want to do it still. i've been trying to use mine as a journal but it's not working so well hence the feeling of awkwardness.
