Found this a while ago, and I thought I would share...

IF YOU:

Start the day without caffine,

Get going without pep pills,

Can always be cheerful,

Ignore aches and pains,

Resist complaining and boring people with your trouble,

Eat the same food every day and be grateful for it,

Understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you any time,

Take criticism and blame without resentment,

Ignore a friend's limited education and never correct him,

Resist treating a rich friend better than a poor friend,

Can face the world without lies and deceit,

Can conquer tension without medical help,

Relax without liquor,

Can sleep without the aid of drugs,

Can HONESTLY say that deep in your heart you have no prejudice against creed, color, religion, or politics......

THEN, MY FRIEND, YOU ARE ALMOST AS GOOD AS YOUR DOG!

Blessings From me and my silly Dog (who won't look at my camera), Bo.

That was so cute. Does Bo always turn away from the camera. My Daisy turns her head away from the camera 99% of the time. Funny.

Yes, I think he's afraid of the flash. He's nearly fresh off the track (as he was injured in dog-race training, which happens to be a brutal gambling industry), and he's young, so he has his quirks. Amoung cameras, he's also afraid of electric fans and our saloon doors.

Well, he's much better. He can run around for a little while and stuff like that, but sadly he's stuck with a permanent limp.

He took a bad fall and injured a tendon in his leg. Apparently the race-track vets are only required to treat open wounds and broken bones, since this was a soft tissue injury they weren't required to treat it. So when we adopted Bo, it cost us a lot of money to fuse the join together, and he wore a cast for four months or so. That still makes me mad, if the tracks were more humane, he would have been good as new in two weeks....but no....

I'm sure you can tell I'm an animal rights activist..
